Hi, I'm Marina Byezhanova👋
I'm an Entrepreneur, Career Strategist, Personal Branding Expert, Global Speaker, University Instructor, and a fellow immigrant.
After arriving in Canada as a young adult, I realized that reality of life in a new country was far from being as easy as I had expected.
When I launched a career in recruitment, I realized how much bias we face as immigrants when job hunting. I co-founded one of Canada's premiere recruitment firms, and have been helping newcomers (from entry-level to C-level) build their careers for the last 10 years.
Since then, I have taught at a major university, have given talks across the globe (4 different continents!) & have been featured in Forbes, Fast Company, Inc.com, Financial Post, Yahoo! & many more.
