2. Just last week, Tourism Ontario and Wine Growers of Ontario partnered up to have Deloitte perform an in-depth study of Niagara as a wine region (“Uncork Ontario”). Deloitte concluded that Niagara’s wine region could hold up to $8B in economic growth over the next 20 years. Share any thoughts on this landmark study. Are you excited about Niagara as a wine region? How do you feel about government partnering with wine producers?
